Wix 51085 Spin-On Oil Filter, 3/4-16 Thread, 3.8 in. Tall

The Wix 51085 uses a 3/4"-16 thread size, which is what most of the aftermarket kits use on oil pump filter adapters and remote filter blocks for vintage, air-cooled Volkswagen models.
This is a compact spin-on oil filter with nominal 21-micron filtration and an anti-drainback valve that stops the filter from emptying between starts. This filter (51085) is the shorter of the two Wix filters used with these setups.

Wix part 51085 replaces EMPI part 17-2922-0.
