This Wilwood conversion hub adapts the matching early Ford front spindle to a vented-rotor brake assembly. The aluminum hub’s 4.120-inch M dimension and dedicated bearing arrangement distinguish it from later Ford spindle hubs. Wilwood Engineering has designed and manufactured disc-brake systems since Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Its Camarillo, California operation supplies calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses. Matching individual components to the full brake system remains essential.
