Pinto/Mustang II spindle-based brake conversions use this Wilwood front hub with a vented-rotor mounting adapter. The bare aluminum hub separates the wheel mounting surface from the rotor so the adapter can establish the required brake offset. This component comes from Wilwood Engineering, the disc brake manufacturer established by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California. Its design and manufacturing range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications. Selection depends on the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility
Choose an adapter with the correct six- or eight-bolt rotor pattern and confirm the full rotor/caliper layout. Suitable spindle and bearing dimensions are required in addition to the 5 x 4.50-inch or 5 x 4.75-inch wheel pattern. Do not substitute the solid-offset version without checking geometry.
