The Wilwood Snap-Cap closes the front of a compatible Starlite 55 hub using the groove inside the hub snout. Its reinforced nylon construction and O-ring sealing arrangement make it a specific hub closure rather than a universal push-in cap. Wilwood Engineering has designed and manufactured disc-brake systems since Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Its Camarillo, California operation supplies calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses. Matching individual components to the full brake system remains essential.
