The long-stud, bare-finish Starlite 55 hub is intended for a wide-five front wheel assembly. It retains the Snap-Cap front closure while extending the coarse-thread wheel studs 1.38 inches beyond the standard configuration. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines serve motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications, with each component selected for the requirements of the complete brake system.
