The uncoated Starlite 55 rear hub uses standard-length coarse studs and the standard bearing-race arrangement. Its direct eight-bolt rotor connection is independent of the large Wide 5 wheel circle. Established in 1977 by Bill Wood, Camarillo, California-based Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems. Its master cylinders, calipers, brake rotors, lines, fittings and valves support motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with each component selected for its role in the complete brake system.
