Wilwood Red Drum-Brake Residual Valve, 10 psi, with Inverted-Flare Adapter Pair

Two supplied adapters make this ten-psi residual-valve package ready for the specified inverted-flare hard-line connections. Its red anodized aluminum valve body serves drum-brake residual-pressure requirements rather than reducing maximum rear-brake pressure. Since its founding by Bill Wood in 1977, Wilwood Engineering has designed and manufactured disc brake systems. Its Camarillo, California operation supplies master cylinders, brake lines, valves, rotors, fittings and calipers for specialized applications as well as motorsport and street-performance vehicles. Replacement and conversion parts need to match the complete braking arrangement.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the vehicle's drum-brake hydraulic requirements before selecting ten psi. Fit the valve near the master with its orientation markings observed, and use 3/16-inch double-flared tubing with the 3/8-24 female adapter seats. A disc-brake circuit may require a different residual setting or no residual valve.
