Wilwood's current application and kit notes identify a 1940–1952 Oldsmobile front-conversion package. The listed hydraulic layout uses 16-inch lines, 7/16-24 inverted-flare chassis adapters and right-angle NPT caliper fittings. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977, and the company is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, for motorsport, street-performance and specialized use. The individual parts must be selected as compatible elements of the complete brake system.
