These 25-inch front hoses connect the specified Jeep CJ and early Wrangler YJ brake conversions. Imperial inverted-flare chassis fittings and 45-degree NPT caliper adapters establish the connection at each end. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977, Wilwood Engineering is based in Camarillo, California, where it designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with each component selected to suit the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility
DS926 and the current application page for front kit 140-12613 establish CJ5 coverage for 1981 with the five-bolt drive-flange hub and rotor, and Base, Laredo, Limited and Renegade 1982–1983; CJ7 Base, Laredo and Renegade 1982–1986 and Limited 1982–1983; and Scrambler Base 1982–1985, SL 1982–1983, SR 1982–1984, plus Laredo and Renegade 1985. DS922 separately specifies this hose for the matched 1987–1989 Wrangler YJ front conversion. That document calls for a different hose on 1990–2006 YJ/TJ spindle conversions. Match the actual axle hub, factory spindle and installed Wilwood brake kit.
