The coated left-hand GT ring retains the slim 0.81-inch friction section of this 12.88-inch brake configuration. Black electro-coat accompanies an iron casting with 48 curved vanes and a balanced, slotted surface arrangement. Bill Wood established Wilwood in 1977. From Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures disc brake systems covering motorsport, street performance and specialized applications, with calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines in its product range. This rotor should be selected with the mounting arrangement, friction compound and hydraulic system in mind.
