This race-drilled Ultralite rotor uses the thicker 1.25-inch section within an 11.75-inch outside diameter. The heavily drilled iron faces and 32-vane core are specified for a restricted dirt-racing application, with a 7.70-lb listed weight. Bill Wood established Wilwood in 1977. From Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures disc brake systems covering motorsport, street performance and specialized applications, with calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines in its product range. This rotor should be selected with the mounting arrangement, friction compound and hydraulic system in mind.
