Product details
A three-on-five-inch mounting arrangement connects this drilled aluminum ring to the intended Sprint or Midget front hub. The Type III anodized rotor is a specialized racing part, and its outside-diameter assignment conflicts between Wilwood’s product page and flyer. Wilwood’s calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines support complete disc brake systems rather than an isolated component choice. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and based in Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures these systems for motorsport, street performance and specialized applications. Correct pairing of the rotor with its surrounding hardware is essential.

- Intended use and restrictions: The product page recommends Purple compound pads; see the compatibility confirmation below. Restricted racing applications only, including dirt Sprint and Midget racing. Unsafe for street use and unsuitable for most forms of racing. Misuse can cause catastrophic failure.
The hat or hub, fasteners, caliper and pads are not included.
Fitment & Compatibility
Use only in the approved dirt Sprint/Midget application after confirming diameter and friction compound. It is unsafe for street use, unsuitable for most racing and can fail catastrophically if misused.
Pad-compound confirmation: the current rotor page recommends Purple compound, while Wilwood flyer FL506 specifies PolyMatrix Q for the hard-anodized aluminum rotors. Obtain Wilwood’s current recommendation for the exact rotor and caliper before selecting pads; these references should not be treated as interchangeable approvals.
Diameter confirmation: Wilwood’s exact product page lists 10.20 inches, but its FL506 flyer and aluminum-rotor press release assign 10.95 inches to this part. The linked drawing contains generic dimension labels without numeric values. Confirm the physical rotor diameter with Wilwood before purchase; neither reference is assumed to override the other.
