Drilling removes material from the friction ring of this 11.25-inch UTV rotor while retaining a 0.25-inch solid-steel section. The eight-lug center is designed for the corresponding retained carrier, making the attachment system as important as the outside dimensions. Disc brake systems have been Wilwood’s focus since Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood designs and manufactures calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines for motorsport, street performance and specialized applications. The rotor is one part of that system and needs compatible pads, calipers and mounting components.
