Factory burnishing is the defining preparation step on this right-hand GT rotor; the B suffix does not mean black coating. Under that preparation is a 13 x 1.25-inch Spec-37 casting with 48 curved vanes and a twelve-lug snap-ring mount. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977, Wilwood designs and manufactures disc brake systems in Camarillo, California. Its range includes calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines for motorsport, street performance and specialized applications. Rotor choice belongs within that complete system: the caliper, pad, mounting hardware and intended duty must work together.
