The compound is specifically associated with sustained high heat and stainless-steel rotor applications, while the 0.57-inch plate must match the fitted GNX4 or GNX5 caliper. Fitment & Compatibility
Compare the 5.99-inch-wide plate and central retaining feature with the installed brake. Wilwood identifies CM as racing only; any proposed substitute compound must be selected for the rotor material and operating conditions rather than treated as an automatic replacement.
