Product details

Wilwood Engineering of Camarillo, California dates to Bill Wood’s founding of the company in 1977. It designs and builds disc brake systems and the calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines used in motorsport, street and specialized brake installations. BP-45 brake pads in the .49-inch Dynapro 6/6A Lug-Mount configuration supply four replacement pads. Individual parts must match the complete brake system and its operating requirements.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 150-45-6712K
  • Pad/shoe profile: 6712
  • Listed Wilwood calipers: Dynapro 6 Piston Lug Mount; Forged Dynapro 6A Lug Mount
  • Supplied condition: Not pre-bedded; follow the instructions for the selected compound and brake system.
  • Catalog pad volume: 2.4 cubic inches
  • Catalog pad area: 7.3 square inches
  • Catalog thickness: .49 inch
  • Compound: BP-45
  • Package quantity: 4 individual pads

BP-45 combines high friction with useful cold response and a smooth increase in friction as rotor temperature rises. Wilwood lists it for racing applications with iron or steel rotors. Choose it around the car’s braking load and balance; a matching production-car pad shape does not make this a general street replacement.

Fitment & Compatibility

This profile serves the Dynapro six-piston lug-mount and Forged Dynapro 6A lug-mount calipers. It is not a general fit for every Dynapro; retaining geometry and overall thickness must agree.
