Product details

Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines for motorsport, street and specialized applications. BP-45 brake pads in the .80-inch XRZ4R configuration supply four replacement pads. Component selection must account for the requirements of the complete brake system.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 150-45-10420K
  • Pad/shoe profile: 10420
  • Catalog thickness: .80 inch
  • Catalog pad area: 8.2 square inches
  • Catalog pad volume: 4.9 cubic inches
  • Supplied condition: Not pre-bedded; follow the instructions for the selected compound and brake system.
  • Listed Wilwood calipers: XRZ4R Radial Mount
  • Package quantity: 4 individual pads
  • Compound: BP-45

BP-45 combines high friction with useful cold response and a smooth increase in friction as rotor temperature rises. Wilwood lists it for racing applications with iron or steel rotors. Choose it around the car’s braking load and balance; a matching production-car pad shape does not make this a general street replacement.

Fitment & Compatibility

Select this 0.80-inch pad for the XRZ4R radial-mount caliper. It is thicker than the 0.65-inch XRS version; verify the available pad space and rotor specification.
