Product details
The manufacturer, Wilwood Engineering, began under Bill Wood in 1977 and operates from Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components: calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines for motorsport, street and specialized vehicles. BP-30 brake pads in the .80-inch Grand National/AV6R configuration supply four replacement pads. Individual parts must match the complete brake system and its operating requirements.
For sustained heat in competition, BP-30 combines high friction with an initial response that builds as rotor temperature rises. It gives a more restrained response when cold and a linear progression under load. Wilwood specifies iron or steel rotors and racing use only; this compound is not for street driving.
