Product details

From Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and builds disc braking systems for motorsport, street and specialized uses. Bill Wood established the company in 1977; its component range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. BP-22 brake pads in the .755-inch TX4R/TX6R and TX6-DM configuration supply four replacement pads. Each part must be selected to work with the complete brake system and its requirements.

BP-22 uses a ceramic-based, medium-friction formulation aimed at smooth engagement with reduced dust and noise. Wilwood lists street performance, autocross, street/strip and consumer-grade towing among its uses. Select it with an appropriate iron, steel or stainless-steel rotor; the formula is not a substitute for checking caliper geometry.

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the TX4R or TX6R radial-mount caliper, or TX6-DM lug-mount version, to this broad pad outline. The mounting arrangement and installed rotor width still determine the correct replacement.
