Product details
The four pads in this set use the D1718 backing plate and a listed 0.59-inch thickness. BP10 supplies a street-oriented friction choice, with the actual caliper specification needed to establish axle position and mechanical compatibility. The manufacturer is Wilwood Engineering, established in 1977 by Bill Wood and based in Camarillo, California. Its design and manufacturing work covers disc brake systems and components—calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines—for street-performance, motorsport and specialized applications. Selection must account for how those components operate together.

Fitment & Compatibility
The caliper manufacturer’s pad specification is the starting point for fitment. Verify plate geometry, retention and the necessary thickness, then confirm the brake system’s rotor material and intended service.
BP10’s low-to-medium-temperature role covers street vehicles and drag applications, with additional use in lightly to moderately braked dirt cars. Steel and iron are the specified rotor materials. The compound is chosen for controlled engagement and low dust, with the complete system’s heat demand still determining suitability.

PMB Performance’s 20+ years of brake experience can help with the final compatibility check. A pad outline, new-pad thickness and caliper identification give us the information needed to discuss the application.
