Product details
The D1463 profile drawing shows 0.655-inch thickness, represented as 0.66 inch in the nominal product listing. This BP10 set includes four pads for the matching caliper, with the plate geometry and actual new-pad clearance requiring confirmation together. Street-performance cars, motorsport vehicles and specialized applications are served by Wilwood Engineering’s disc brake systems. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Correct selection starts with the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility
The manufacturer’s pad-profile drawing identifies rear use for this plate. Match the actual caliper and its new-pad specification; the drawing caption does not establish blanket model or year coverage. Use the existing pad and caliper specification to identify the correct plate. Confirm the retaining arrangement and unworn pad thickness, then check that the rotor material and braking duty suit BP10.
This set uses BP10, Wilwood’s street-oriented friction material for steel and iron rotors. It combines gradual response with low noise and dust ratings, and is also listed for drag racing and lighter dirt-track use. Match those characteristics to the vehicle’s duty instead of treating all racing compounds as interchangeable.
