Product details

This D627 set uses a compact plate profile shown in the manufacturer drawing. Four pads with a listed 0.59-inch thickness supply BP10 friction, requiring the correct support and retention geometry in the existing caliper. The Wilwood Engineering range includes master cylinders, calipers, brake rotors, valves, fittings and brake lines for complete disc brake systems. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977, the Camarillo, California manufacturer both designs and manufactures those systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Compatibility between the individual parts remains essential.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 150-10-D0627K
  • Pad profile: D627
  • Friction compound: BP10
  • Package quantity: 4 pads
  • Pad thickness: .59 inch
  • Rotor compatibility: Steel, Iron

Wilwood rates BP10 for low dust and low noise while providing a gradual friction response. It is usable on the street and in drag or light-to-medium dirt-racing duties with steel or iron rotors. Its moderate-temperature character should be considered before selecting it for repeated high-energy stops.

Fitment & Compatibility

The replacement must match more than pad width: verify the plate shape, locating ears or holes, and caliper clearance for the stated thickness. Front or rear placement is determined by the actual brake installation.
