Product details
This black-caliper F-body front kit uses SRP drilled and slotted rotors with aluminum hats. Its brackets fit the later spindle originally used with twin-piston calipers, making spindle identity essential on a converted earlier car. From its base in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, its range covers calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Component selection must account for the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the 1998–2002 Camaro/Firebird front spindles originally equipped with twin-piston calipers. DS-566 identifies castings 18023021 and 18023022. Original 1993–1997 single-piston spindles do not fit; the earlier Camaro rows in the table below require conversion to the later F-body spindle. Retain the compatible hubs, confirm wheel clearance and select separate 220-6746 front flexlines. Check all year, original rear-brake and conversion qualifications in the table before ordering. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 17 in; 431.8 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
