Wilwood Front System for Mustang II (1974–1978), Pinto (1974–1980) and Bobcat (1975–1980), OE Disc Spindles: 14.00-inch Drilled/Slotted Rotors with Polished FNSL6R

Polished six-piston calipers and 14-inch SRP rings form this front brake-and-hub system. The supplied hubs use 1/2-20 wheel studs and selectable five-lug patterns for the compatible Mustang II, Pinto and Bobcat installations. Wilwood Engineering was founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines in its range. Every component must suit the complete brake system in which it operates.

Fitment & Compatibility

For the Mustang II 1974–1978, Pinto 1974–1980 and Bobcat 1975–1980 applications in the table below using original disc-brake spindles. This larger 14-inch assembly uses new aluminum hubs and the original compatible spindles. Install the included studs in the wheel-matching pattern and compare the DS-563 drawing with both wheel barrel and spokes. Brake hoses are not supplied: select the appropriate universal flexline length and fittings, including the listed 220-8307 option where its 18-inch length suits the installation. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.

3. Universal Flexline kits available: 220-7056 (14"), 220-7699 (16") or 220-8307 (18"). Choose correct length for your application.
4. If a separate replacement master cylinder is installed, its pushrod may require modification. No master cylinder is included in this front brake kit.
5. This is a front service-brake kit. Select any rear parking-brake cable separately for the vehicle's actual rear brake system.
