Red calipers and drilled/slotted rotor faces define this big-bearing Ford rear kit. The brackets place both calipers forward of the axle, so the installation needs space in that position as well as the correct 2.50-inch housing offset. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are among the disc brake systems and components Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures. The Camarillo, California company was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and supports motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Every component must suit the complete brake system in which it operates.

Fitment & Compatibility
This rear-axle version places both service calipers ahead of the axle. It requires the new-style big-bearing Ford housing end and a 2.50-inch offset specified in DS-557; it is not the staggered-mount version. Confirm the actual installed axle dimensions for the Lincoln Town Car application in the table below, including bearing and flange clearance. The integrated drum parking system needs separately selected cables and clevises; universal kit 330-9371 is available. Hydraulic lines and fittings are also separate. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 15 in; 381 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
