The red-caliper GT version of this C4 kit includes BP-20 pads and 72-curved-vane rotors. Its front FNSL6R calipers use the listed 1.38/1.12/1.12-inch bore arrangement, with the installation configured for the supported 1988–1996 Corvette hubs. Bill Wood established Wilwood Engineering in 1977. Based in Camarillo, California, the company designs and manufactures disc brake systems, calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Each component must be chosen for its role within the complete braking system.

Fitment & Compatibility
Check the 1988–1996 Corvette entries in the table below, covering the listed standard 12-inch and heavy-duty 13-inch original front brakes. The new package uses 14.00 x 1.10-inch rotors and retains the vehicle hubs; the holes in the hats do not convert their wheel pattern. Select the optional 220-8338 front flexlines and confirm routing. Use DS-538 for bracket positioning, rotor alignment and actual wheel clearance. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
