Wilwood Front Brake Kit: 14.00-inch GT Slotted Rotors for 1988–1996 Chevrolet Corvette C4, Black FNSL6R

This C4 Corvette front package pairs black FNSL6R calipers with GT slotted 14-inch rotors and BP-20 pads. Its 1.10-inch rotor thickness and caliper piston arrangement are specific to this package, which retains the compatible Corvette hubs. From its base in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood, its range covers calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. The complete braking arrangement determines which individual components are appropriate.

Fitment & Compatibility

Check the 1988–1996 Corvette entries in the table below, covering the listed standard 12-inch and heavy-duty 13-inch original front brakes. The new package uses 14.00 x 1.10-inch rotors and retains the vehicle hubs; the holes in the hats do not convert their wheel pattern. Select the optional 220-8338 front flexlines and confirm routing. Use DS-538 for bracket positioning, rotor alignment and actual wheel clearance. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
