This red-caliper Evolution rear kit uses drilled and slotted Spec-37 rotors with an actual diameter of 12.88 inches. Dust-sealed four-piston calipers handle service braking while the compatible OE internal parking brake remains in place. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are among the disc brake systems and components Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures. The Camarillo, California company was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and supports motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Component selection must account for the requirements of the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility
The table below identifies the applicable Evolution VIII/IX models for 2003–2006, including MR and RS versions. The iron rotor hats retain the original internal parking-brake mechanism; this kit does not supply a replacement shoe-and-cable assembly. Its specified rotor diameter is 12.88 inches. Check the original hubs, studs and parking hardware and compare the DS-558 clearance diagram to the wheels. Rear hydraulic hoses are separate; 220-9288 is the Wilwood application reference. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 17 in; 431.8 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
