Red six-piston calipers pair with GT slotted rotors for this Evolution VIII/IX front upgrade. The 13.06 x 1.25-inch Spec-37 rotor rings bolt to aluminum hats, creating a serviceable two-piece rotor arrangement around the original hubs. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are among the disc brake systems and components Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures. The Camarillo, California company was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and supports motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Individual parts must match the complete brake system and its operating requirements.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fits the specified Lancer Evolution VIII and IX front applications, including the listed MR and RS versions. Follow the individual 2003–2006 model entries in the table below; this is not a fitment claim for ordinary Lancer models. The brackets and aluminum hats use the retained original front hubs and uprights. Check the DS-553 wheel template and brake balance with the vehicle configuration. OEM hoses do not adapt to these calipers; select the separate 220-9287 front flexline kit and verify routing. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 17 in; 431.8 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
