This Ford 8.8 rear kit uses black FNSL4R calipers with 1.12-inch pistons and GT slotted 12.88-inch rotors. It is configured for the five-lug, 2.50-inch-offset axle arrangement and adds an internal drum parking brake without replacing the axle shafts. Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; its Camarillo, California operation serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. The requirements of the complete brake system govern the choice of individual components.

Fitment & Compatibility
For five-lug Ford 8.8 rear axles with the 2.50-inch offset and housing flange shown in DS-533. Measure the installed axle rather than selecting from the rear-end name alone; aftermarket housings may carry different ends. Confirm the bearing, 2.80-inch center register, stud clearance and available space around the shocks. The multi-pattern hats accommodate compatible existing axle studs; they do not change the axle wheel pattern. Supply suitable hydraulic hoses and parking cables separately; Wilwood lists universal cable kit 330-9371. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 17 in; 431.8 mm. Compare the actual wheel barrel and spokes with the linked clearance drawing; diameter alone does not establish fit.
