Wilwood Rear 12.88-Inch SRP Kit for Big Ford Old-Style Axle Ends — Black Superlite Calipers, 2.36-Inch Offset

The black SRP option pairs drilled/slotted rotors with four-piston Superlite calipers for old-style Big Ford axle ends. A measured 2.36-inch offset is required, with the axle register and bearing-retainer stack checked against DS527. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering has designed and manufactured disc brake systems and components since Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Fitment & Compatibility

Use the DS527 old-style Big Ford drawing to verify the housing, bearing and 2.36-inch offset. A vehicle-name lookup cannot replace those measurements, particularly where rear ends have been changed. This black SRP package includes the retainer and parking-plate assembly. Rotor centering is available at 3.06 inches or 2.80 inches with the supplied adapter. Confirm the 6.61-inch maximum flange and edge chamfer, then select hydraulic fittings and parking-cable/clevis hardware for the vehicle; they are not included.

Adjust and test the mechanical parking brake as directed. Cable routing, tension and shoe adjustment affect its holding ability; do not rely on an untested parking brake alone to secure the vehicle on a slope.
