Wilwood Rear Small Ford GT Brake & Parking Kit, Black Calipers, 12.88-Inch Rotors — 2.66-Inch Offset

This black-caliper rear kit combines 12.88-inch GT rotors with internal parking-brake assemblies for Small Ford axle ends. A 2.66-inch measured offset is essential to align the service rotors with the radial-mount Superlite calipers. Bill Wood founded Wilwood Engineering in 1977; the company is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines as part of its disc brake systems and component range for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Each component must suit the requirements of the complete brake installation.

Fitment & Compatibility

Select the Small Ford flange only after measuring a 2.66-inch axle offset. DS526 gives the required bearing and mounting geometry; a 1990 Town Car model entry does not prove that the original rear end matches. The hat center is 3.06 inches and a 2.80-inch register ring is supplied. Keep the axle flange within the 6.61-inch limit and specified chamfer. The parking backing plates and bearing retainers are included, but hydraulic hoses and cable/clevis connections are separate; universal cable kit 330-9371 must be routed for the actual vehicle.

Adjust and test the mechanical parking brake as directed. Cable routing, tension and shoe adjustment affect its holding ability; do not rely on an untested parking brake alone to secure the vehicle on a slope.
