Wilwood Front Red Dynapro DS Conversion for Selected WRX/WRX STI (2013–2021), Impreza (1999–2016), Legacy/Outback (2000–2002) and Forester (2001–2011), 12-Inch SRP Rotors

Red Dynapro calipers are paired with drilled/slotted 12-inch rotors in this Subaru conversion. The front assembly retains the factory hubs and requires a match between the installed bolt pattern and the supplied rotor hats. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected to work together within a properly matched brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Coverage is limited to the specific Subaru entries below: selected Impreza models from 1999–2016, Forester from 2001–2011, Legacy and Outback from 2000–2002, plus the listed WRX and WRX STI configurations through 2021. Model and year alone do not establish a match; confirm the original brake/spindle arrangement and wheel pattern.

DS522 uses the original front hubs with radial caliper brackets. Match the actual five-lug pattern to the hat and verify the 12-inch rotor wheel template. Front hose kit 220-12857 is separate and must have clearance through full suspension and steering travel.
