Product details

Black TC6 six-piston calipers and 16-inch GT rotors equip this eight-lug front conversion. The GM heavy-duty and Hummer H2 applications have distinct year and chassis limits, so confirm the individual listing before matching the retained factory hubs. The manufacturer is Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake components and complete systems, from calipers and brake rotors to valves, master cylinders, fittings and brake lines. Motorsport, street-performance and specialized installations each require those components to be matched to the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use only with the listed eight-lug GM truck/SUV and Hummer H2 applications. The Silverado/Sierra entries cover selected 1500HD, 2500/2500HD and 3500 trucks through 2010; Suburban 2500 and Yukon XL 2500 entries extend through 2013. Hummer H2 coverage is 2003–2009 and Avalanche 2500 is 2002–2006. Observe the exclusions for four-wheel steering and each individual chassis.

The 16-inch rotor package retains the factory hubs. DS508 requires the hub register and eight-lug pattern to match the hats and adequate bolt engagement after shimming. Separate hoses are specified as 220-8998 for earlier vehicles or 220-10980 for the later connection; verify year, routing and fitting type.
