Product details

This Granada front package supplies hubs, rotor adapters and 12.19-inch drilled/slotted rotors for a separately configured brake installation. It does not include calipers or caliper brackets, and DS485 calls for reuse of the existing bearing cones and spindle retaining hardware. Wilwood Engineering’s disc brake systems and components serve motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; it is based in Camarillo, California. Wilwood designs and manufactures brake rotors and calipers as well as master cylinders, valves, brake lines and fittings. Selecting compatible components is essential to the complete system.

Fitment & Compatibility

DS485 identifies this hub-and-rotor package for 1975–1980 Granada disc/drum spindles. It supplies the rotating hub and rotor hardware; select compatible calipers and their mounting brackets separately. Existing inner and outer bearing cones, spindle washer, adjusting nut and locking hardware are reused as directed.

Some disc spindles have caliper-mount ears that must be removed for the selected brake installation. Follow the DS485 drawing and assess the complete caliper/rotor assembly for wheel clearance. The nominal wheel size is not a guarantee for a separately chosen caliper.

The wheel contact surface must seat fully on the hub. If it overhangs the hub face, Wilwood requires the separate 6.60-inch-diameter x 0.20-inch steel spacer 300-11961. For stamped-steel wheels that do not overhang, Wilwood recommends the 6.15-inch x 0.09-inch hub shield 300-10716. Inspect contact surfaces and follow the wheel maker’s tightening requirements.
