Four-lug Mini hubs and wheel clearance are the key checks for this dust-seal Dynapro package. This Dynapro Radial dust-seal front brake kit combines black powder-coated 4-piston calipers and 12.19-inch plain-face rotors. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected to work together as a complete brake system.

• Caliper finish: Black Powder Coat.
• Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance patterns: 4 x 3.93 in.
• Rotor/hat stud-hole clearance diameters: 0.641 in; 16.28 mm. These are hole sizes, not wheel-stud thread specifications.
• The rotor/hat drilling does not change the vehicle hub or axle wheel bolt pattern.
• Wheel-size guide: 15 in; 381 mm minimum nominal diameter; verify actual template clearance.
• Sold as one kit. Mounting hardware is included. Hubs are not included.
• Brake pads are included; use the compound and installation instructions specified for this rotor package.
• Spindles, master cylinder, brake booster and hydraulic brake lines are not included.

Fitment & Compatibility

This kit is for the four-lug Mini applications listed below, not every Cooper built between 2002 and 2015. Later fitment is body-specific: the 2014–2015 rows cover Coupe and Convertible configurations. Check the exact model year, body and hub before ordering. DS490 specifies a 1/8-inch wheel spacer for the stock 16-inch wheel application; verify the wheel and stud arrangement for your car.

Package and installation requirements

• Stock 16-inch wheels require the 1/8-inch spacer described in DS490. Check the template and safe wheel-fastener engagement with the intended wheels.
