Product details

The black SRP package supplies disc and parking brakes for the listed 1993–1997 F-body rear ends. The supplied black powder-coated 4-piston calipers and 12.19-inch SRP drilled-and-slotted rotors are configured for 1993–1997 Chevrolet Camaro / Pontiac Firebird. Wilwood Engineering began in 1977 under founder Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components for motorsport, street-performance and specialized vehicles. Calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines must be selected around the needs of the complete system.

Fitment & Compatibility

The rear axle must retain the OE C-clip arrangement used on the listed 1993–1997 Camaro and Firebird applications. Special housing ends and C-clip eliminator conversions need a different mounting assessment. This kit is based on the 2.75-inch axle offset shown in DS428. Wilwood specifies hat drilling for 7/16-inch, 1/2-inch and 12 mm studs, but the actual axle still determines the wheel bolt pattern. The supplied internal parking shoes require a correctly routed and adjusted cable connection. Check the existing parking hardware when planning the installation instead of assuming it attaches unchanged. The 12.19-inch rear rotor and caliper also need template clearance inside the chosen wheel, including the spokes; the original wheel diameter alone is not a clearance guarantee.

  • Caliper attachment: lug mount; 1/8-27 NPT hydraulic inlet.
  • Caliper finish: Black Powder Coat.
  • Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance patterns: 5 x 4.75 in; 5 x 120.65 mm.
  • Rotor/hat stud-hole clearance diameters: 0.45 in; 11.43 mm; 0.48 in; 12.19 mm; 0.52 in; 13.21 mm. These are hole sizes, not wheel-stud thread specifications.
  • The rotor/hat drilling does not change the vehicle hub or axle wheel bolt pattern.
  • Rotor dimensions: 12.19 in; 309.63 mm diameter x 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
  • Rotor construction: Iron; vented; SRP Drilled & Slotted friction surface.
  • Sold as one kit. Mounting hardware is included. Hubs are not included.
  • Brake pads are included; use the compound and installation instructions specified for this rotor package.
  • Spindles, master cylinder, brake booster and hydraulic brake lines are not included.
  • Housing/flange arrangement: 12 Bolt Late.
  • Axle flange offset: 2.75 in; 69.85 mm.
  • Wheel-size guide: 15 in; 381 mm minimum nominal diameter; verify actual template clearance.

Package and installation requirements

  • The one-piece iron drum/rotors incorporate the parking-brake drums; the internal shoes provide a mechanical parking brake independently of the four-piston service calipers.
  • Parking-brake cables and hydraulic brake lines are separate. Wilwood references universal cable kit 330-9371; installation can require cable or vehicle modifications.
  • Not for Special housing ends or C-clip eliminators.
  • Wilwood specifies hat drilling for 7/16-inch, 1/2-inch and 12 mm studs. The listed front/rear flexline reference is 220-6746; confirm routing and length for the installed system.
