The four-lug Lancer front hub is retained beneath this Dynalite conversion. This Forged Dynalite front brake kit combines black powder-coated 4-piston calipers and 12.19-inch plain-face rotors. Founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected to work together as a complete brake system.

- Manufacturer part number: 140-7015.
- Rotor dimensions: 12.19 in; 309.63 mm diameter x 0.81 in; 20.57 mm thick.
- Rotor construction: Iron; vented; Plain Face friction surface.
- Calipers: 4 pistons; forged aluminum; stainless steel pistons.
- Caliper attachment: lug mount; 1/8-27 NPT hydraulic inlet.
- Caliper finish: Black Powder Coat.
- Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance patterns: 4 x 4.5 in; 4 x 114.3 mm.
- Rotor/hat stud-hole clearance diameters: 0.500 in; 12.70 mm. These are hole sizes, not wheel-stud thread specifications.
- The rotor/hat drilling does not change the vehicle hub or axle wheel bolt pattern.
- Wheel-size guide: 15 in; 381 mm minimum nominal diameter; verify actual template clearance.
- Sold as one kit. Mounting hardware is included. Hubs are not included.
- Brake pads are included; use the compound and installation instructions specified for this rotor package.
- Spindles, master cylinder, brake booster and hydraulic brake lines are not included.
Fitment & Compatibility
Only the specified four-lug Lancer applications are covered: LS from 2002–2005, OZ Rally from 2002–2006, the 2004 Sportback and the 2006 SE. The supplied rotor hats use a 4 x 4.5-inch wheel-stud clearance pattern, and the existing vehicle hubs remain in service. This is not an Evolution brake package and does not establish fitment to a five-lug conversion. Compare the current spindle and hub with DS414 before fitting the larger 12.19-inch rotor. The four-piston Dynalite mounts through the supplied brackets, while brake hoses are selected separately. Because an aftermarket wheel can have a different spoke profile even when its diameter is unchanged, use the complete template to establish clearance for the finished front brake assembly.
