Product details
Big Ford rear drag kit with Wilwood four-piston calipers and drilled steel rotors. Verify the old-style flange, 2.50-inch offset and 2,800-pound limit. Founded in 1977 under Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering operates from Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and the calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines used within them. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications depend on compatible brake components.

- Manufacturer part number: 140-3623-BD
- Rotating brake parts: Solid steel rotors measure 11.44 inches across by 0.35 inch thick, with drilled friction surfaces.
- Service calipers: The type iii anodized calipers use forged aluminum bodies and 4 stainless pistons apiece.
- Attachment requirements: The caliper uses a lug mount and accepts the specified 1/8-27 NPT inlet fitting.
- Housing-end requirement: Big Ford; 2.50 in; 63.5 mm
- Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance pattern: 5 X 4.5 in; 5 X 4.75 in; 5 X 5 in (5 X 114.3 mm; 5 X 120.65 mm; 5 X 127 mm)
- Wheel fit: The nominal 15-inch wheel requirement is conditional on the actual spoke and barrel shape.

Fitment & Compatibility
Match the old-style big Ford flange and 2.50-inch offset to DS-222; do not substitute the new-style Ford kit by offset alone. The Town Car row below does not establish stock road-car suitability. Verify vehicle weight, the complete competition braking system and wheel clearance. A parking-brake mechanism and flexlines are not included.
