A Wilwood rear package pairing polished calipers with plain rotors for new-style Big Ford ends. Verify 2.50-inch offset; no parking brake is included. The manufacturer is Wilwood Engineering of Camarillo, California, established in 1977 by Bill Wood. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized vehicles; suitability depends on the full brake-system configuration.

  • Calipers supplied: 4-piston forged aluminum construction; piston material stainless; external finish polished.
  • Rotor selection: Diameter 12.19 in; width 0.81 in. The selected rotor has a plain face face and vented iron construction.
  • Fluid connections: Use the lug-mount bracket arrangement and fittings matched to the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
  • Axle mounting: Big Ford New Style; 2.50 in; 63.5 mm
  • Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance pattern: 5 X 4.5 in; 5 X 4.75 in; 5 X 5 in (5 X 114.3 mm; 5 X 120.65 mm; 5 X 127 mm)

Fitment & Compatibility

Match the new-style flange in DS-127 and measure the axle offset rather than relying on the Town Car row below. Old-style big Ford and small Ford housing ends are different configurations. Verify the wheel pattern, hydraulic-line selection and the actual wheel profile before installation.
