Polished calipers and plain 12.19-inch rotors form this Wilwood Big Ford rear kit. Measure the 2.54-inch offset; no parking brake is supplied. Wilwood Engineering, founded by Bill Wood in 1977, is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines must be selected to suit the complete braking system.

- Manufacturer part number: 140-2114-P
- Brake calipers: For this package, the forged aluminum calipers have polished exteriors and stainless pistons, 4 per caliper.
- Rotor geometry: Each rotor is 0.81 inch wide with a 12.19-inch outside diameter; the vented iron design has plain face surfaces.
- Installation interfaces: Confirm lug mounting and a hydraulic connection compatible with the 1/8-27 NPT inlet.
- Axle mounting: Big Ford; 2.54 in; 64.52 mm
- Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance pattern: 5 X 4.5 in; 5 X 4.75 in; 5 X 5 in (5 X 114.3 mm; 5 X 120.65 mm; 5 X 127 mm)
- Wheel fit: Wheel diameter alone is insufficient: test the template for this nominal 15-inch minimum package.
- Package scope: Supplied: mounting hardware. Not included: master cylinder, booster, spindles, flexible brake lines, hubs.
- Parking brake: No parking-brake mechanism supplied
Fitment & Compatibility
Use DS-123 to identify the correct big Ford housing end and measure the 2.54-inch offset directly. Other big Ford offsets and the new-style flange require different kits. Treat the Town Car row below as a conditional installation reference, then verify the actual axle, wheel pattern, brake lines and wheel envelope.
