Big Ford 2.54-inch-offset rear brakes with polished Wilwood calipers and 12.19-inch drilled/slotted rotors. Check the exact housing-end pattern. Founded in 1977 under Bill Wood, Wilwood Engineering operates from Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and the calipers, rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and lines used within them. Its motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications depend on compatible brake components.

  • Manufacturer part number: 140-2114-DP
  • Calipers supplied: 4-piston forged aluminum construction; piston material stainless; external finish polished.
  • Rotor selection: Diameter 12.19 in; width 0.81 in. The selected rotor has a srp drilled and slotted face and vented iron construction.
  • Fluid connections: Use the lug-mount bracket arrangement and fittings matched to the 1/8-27 NPT caliper inlet.
  • Axle mounting: Big Ford; 2.54 in; 64.52 mm
  • Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance pattern: 5 X 4.5 in; 5 X 4.75 in; 5 X 5 in (5 X 114.3 mm; 5 X 120.65 mm; 5 X 127 mm)
  • Wheel fit: A 15-inch wheel is a starting dimension. Confirm the full wheel profile with the kit drawing.

Fitment & Compatibility

Use DS-123 to identify the correct big Ford housing end and measure the 2.54-inch offset directly. Other big Ford offsets and the new-style flange require different kits. Treat the Town Car row below as a conditional installation reference, then verify the actual axle, wheel pattern, brake lines and wheel envelope.
