Small Ford rear conversion with red Dynalite calipers and plain Wilwood rotors. Check the measured 2.66-inch offset and wheel drilling. Wilwood Engineering began in 1977 with founder Bill Wood and is based in Camarillo, California. It designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. The company serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, where the complete system determines component selection.

Technical Details

  • Manufacturer part number: 140-2113-R
  • Brake calipers: For this package, the forged aluminum calipers have red powder coat exteriors and stainless pistons, 4 per caliper.
  • Rotor geometry: Each rotor is 0.81 inch wide with a 12.19-inch outside diameter; the vented iron design has plain face surfaces.
  • Installation interfaces: Confirm lug mounting and a hydraulic connection compatible with the 1/8-27 NPT inlet.
  • Axle mounting: Small Ford; 2.66 in; 67.56 mm
  • Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance pattern: 5 X 4.5 in; 5 X 4.75 in; 5 X 5 in (5 X 114.3 mm; 5 X 120.65 mm; 5 X 127 mm)
  • Wheel fit: Wheel diameter alone is insufficient: test the template for this nominal 15-inch minimum package.

Fitment & Compatibility

Measure the axle flange-to-housing-end offset and compare the small Ford flange with DS-122 and the worksheet. The 1990 Town Car row below does not prove that an unmodified vehicle has this housing or offset. Confirm the actual axle assembly, wheel bolt pattern and caliper clearance; hydraulic lines are separate.
