Wilwood Rear Oldsmobile/Pontiac Conversion with Black Dynalite Calipers and 12.19-Inch SRP Rotors

Black Dynalite calipers and 12.19-inch drilled/slotted rotors for Olds/Pontiac rear ends. Ask Wilwood to reconcile the installation offset. From Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and builds disc braking systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized uses. Founder Bill Wood started the company in 1977. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are selected for the requirements of the complete brake system.

• Brake calipers: For this package, the forged aluminum calipers have black powder coat exteriors and stainless pistons, 4 per caliper.
• Rotor geometry: Each rotor is 0.81 inch wide with a 12.19-inch outside diameter; the vented iron design has srp drilled and slotted surfaces.
• Installation interfaces: Confirm lug mounting and a hydraulic connection compatible with the 1/8-27 NPT inlet.
• Axle mounting: Olds/Pontiac; Offset requires confirmation: manufacturer product page and instruction cover disagree.
• Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance pattern: 5 X 4.5 in; 5 X 4.75 in; 5 X 5 in (5 X 114.3 mm; 5 X 120.65 mm; 5 X 127 mm)
• Wheel fit: Wheel diameter alone is insufficient: test the template for this nominal 15-inch minimum package.
• Package scope: Supplied: mounting hardware. Not included: master cylinder, booster, spindles, flexible brake lines, hubs.

Fitment & Compatibility

Verify the housing-end drawing and axle offset before selecting this kit. The modified-vehicle examples in the table below do not identify the installed rear axle from a model name or front-spindle option. DS-120 labels a 2.81-inch offset while the current kit page lists 2.91 inches; have Wilwood confirm the required configuration from measurements before ordering. A generic cable note does not add a parking-brake mechanism to this assembly.

2. Universal Flexline kits available: 220-7056 (14"), 220-7699 (16") or 220-8307 (18"). Choose correct length for your application.
3. This rear service-brake kit has no parking-brake mechanism and includes no parking-brake cables. A separate compatible parking-brake solution is required where applicable.
