Product details

Red six-piston XRS6R calipers clamp SRP discs in this 12.88-inch front hub kit. The supplied aluminum hubs, bearings and studs establish the wheel mounting arrangement, while the specified Wilwood iron ProSpindles and hydraulic hoses are purchased separately. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its components include calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected to suit the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

The 12.88-inch hub kit requires Wilwood iron ProSpindles on the Chevrolet/GMC truck applications listed in the table. Supplied aluminum hubs carry 1/2-20 studs in either the 5 x 4.50- or 5 x 4.75-inch pattern selected for the wheels. The spindles are purchased separately. Wilwood specifies a +0.68-inch wheel-mounting offset per side, so confirm tire-to-fender clearance as well as the brake envelope. The required hydraulic connection uses separately selected flexlines, with 220-8307 listed for this package. This is a front service brake with no parking mechanism. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 17 in; 431.8 mm. The linked wheel-clearance diagram must confirm barrel and spoke clearance; wheel diameter alone does not guarantee fit.
