Product details
The red GT version of the 14-inch Big Ford package supplies XRS4R service calipers and independent electric parking calipers. Its 72-vane rotors use aluminum hats, and the included switch and harness control the parking function without altering the hydraulic brake circuit. Wilwood Engineering, based in Camarillo, California, has designed and manufactured disc brake systems since its founding by Bill Wood in 1977. The range spans calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fit the 14-inch XRS4R/EPB assembly only after verifying the Big Ford New Style housing end and 2.50-inch axle offset. The worksheet establishes the required flange, register and bearing dimensions; the table's 1990 Lincoln Town Car listing is conditional on that hardware. Included electric parking calipers operate through the supplied switch, control unit and universal harness. They are a parking system and must not be used for a moving emergency stop. Hydraulic hoses are not included. Check clearance for both calipers, the larger rotor and the electrical connections. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. The linked wheel-clearance diagram must confirm barrel and spoke clearance; wheel diameter alone does not guarantee fit.
