Big Ford New Style 2.50-inch Offset — Rear Disc and Parking GT Slotted Brake Conversion with Red Wilwood XRS4R, 14.00-inch

For a Big Ford New Style axle at 2.50-inch offset, this kit supplies red calipers and slotted 14-inch discs. The 72-vane rotor construction and 1.10-inch thickness define the friction assembly, with mechanical parking shoes housed within the separate hats. Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; it is based in Camarillo, California, and serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

This 14-inch rear kit is selected by the Big Ford New Style housing end and its 2.50-inch axle offset. Check the worksheet against the axle register, bearing and flange dimensions before checking wheel clearance around the larger rotor. A vehicle listing, including the 1990 Lincoln Town Car with rear drums, does not substitute for these axle measurements. Internal parking shoes are supplied inside the hats. Complete their connection with separately selected cables, attachment hardware and any needed adapters; brake flexlines are also separate. Consult the fitment table below for the individual year, model and equipment details. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. The linked wheel-clearance diagram must confirm barrel and spoke clearance; wheel diameter alone does not guarantee fit.
