Nissan 240SX (1989–1998), Skyline (1989–1994) and 300ZX (1990–1996) Front Brake Assembly: 14.00-inch GT Slotted Rotors, Black Wilwood AERO6

The AERO6 caliper brings an 11.1-square-inch pad area to this black 14-inch Nissan front kit. Six stainless pistons act on BP-20 pads against GT slotted Spec-37 rotors, with aluminum hats mounting the discs to the existing four- or five-lug hubs. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its components include calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines, selected to suit the complete brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

The AERO6 brackets and two-piece rotors are intended for the listed Nissan factory front assemblies: 1989–1998 240SX, 1989–1994 Skyline and 1990–1996 300ZX. Keep the original hubs and match the hat's four-/five-lug clearance holes and registration adapter to them. The six-piston caliper and 14-inch rotor must clear the wheel spokes as well as the barrel. Consult the application table for ABS and trim details, then follow the guide's vehicle-specific fastener selection and dust-shield modification. Supply compatible brake flexlines separately and check their routing through steering and suspension travel. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. The linked wheel-clearance diagram must confirm barrel and spoke clearance; wheel diameter alone does not guarantee fit.
