Product details
This black TX6R front conversion is specified around 16-inch SRP drilled-and-slotted rotors and BP-22 pads. It serves the listed GM C10-family applications only when the required Wilwood Aluminum Modular ProSpindles are installed. Calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines are all part of Wilwood Engineering’s range of disc brake systems and components. The Camarillo, California company was founded in 1977 by Bill Wood and designs and manufactures these products for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Compatibility with the complete brake system determines the appropriate component choice.

Fitment & Compatibility
Requires Wilwood C10 Aluminum Modular Pro Drop Spindles and the listed five-lug configuration. It will not fit original-equipment spindles. Applications span the listed C10-family Chevrolet/GMC pickups, Suburbans and related utility models; use every model and year limitation in the table.
Relative to the original brake/spindle assembly, wheel offset changes by +0.41 inch outboard for 1963–1970 applications and -0.06 inch inboard for 1971–1987. Hydraulic hoses are separate: select the appropriate application from the manufacturer’s listed line-kit references rather than assuming all are required.

Application Notes
- Brake kits require Wilwood C10 Aluminum Modular Pro Drop Spindles to fit. Will not fit original equipment spindles.
- Brake kit wheel offset is +0.41 inch outboard from stock OE brakes and spindle for 1963–1970; wheel offset is -0.06 inch inboard for 1971–1987.
- This front TX6R kit contains no parking-brake assembly or parking-brake cable; DS1646 specifies the front service-brake installation.
