Wilwood Front Black NDPR Brake Kit — Polaris RZR Pro R/Turbo R (2022–2024), Plain 11.25-Inch Rotors

This black NDPR front kit uses plain-face 11.25-inch steel brake rotors on the specified five-lug Polaris RZR hubs. Its four-piston calipers and BP-10 pads work with the dynamically mounted Lug-Drive rotor arrangement supplied for these applications. Based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering has designed and manufactured disc brake systems and components since Bill Wood founded the company in 1977. Its work spans motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications, with a product range covering master cylinders, calipers, brake rotors, valves, fittings and brake lines. These parts must be chosen for the requirements of the entire brake system.

Fitment & Compatibility

For the listed 2022–2024 Polaris RZR Pro R, Pro R 4, Turbo R and Turbo R 4 versions with five-lug hubs. Sport, Premium, Ultimate and Launch Edition coverage varies by model year; use the table rather than assuming every trim is included.

The supplied M10 x 1.25 banjo bolts must replace the original M10 x 1.00 bolts at the new calipers. Retain the applicable original brake hoses with the supplied fittings; do not force the original bolt thread into the caliper.

Use the fitment table below to confirm the exact year, model, trim and installation notes.
